Happy New Year!

How about another monthly update? It seems that's about how often I update this blog!  

Let's see...since Thanksgiving what have we done?

Sophia watched the town pick up our leaves one Saturday morning 

She wore her favorite cat costume and jewelry out to dinner 

And ate her favorite food while in costume

We made Sugar cookies and they turned out to be pretty yummy!

Sophia also decided she was a princes and wore this dress while shopping one day- she loved all the comments and compliments she got!

We decided to switch Sophia to the middle room so I painted it and then we bought her a loft bed...that she loves!  We finally completed the room this last week and it's working out perfect for her and all her toys!

For her new room I sanded and stained a $10 dresser from a garage sale. It was a bit of work but turned out really nice.

Sophia had a little Christmas program for preschool and it was fun to see her up front singing!

Ben's parents visited for a few days and we all went to The Museum of Natural History- pretty cool place!

We opened presents Xmas day and then took the tree down right after because it was losing so many needles. I have more present pictures but Sophia loves to wear only her underwear around the house at times... So, I'll spare you. These 2 will do. 

Sophia made this in preschool for us. So cute!

We found this hat in the after Xmas clearance aisle and cracked up when she put it on

Ben had some time off work so we decided to start setting up the baby stuff.

 

Sophia thinks the crib is a great place to hang out..

..but only for about 10 more weeks!! March 12 is the c section date- we're in the home stretch and I'm sooo ready for March to be here!
