Fairy Party!
Sophias birthday isn't until Sept. 11 but with school starting this week I figured I'd do a birthday party early and invite some of her preschool buddies. She wanted to have a fairy party so we did just that!
We set up some oversized flowers and toadstools and added some tents to create a fairyland in the backyard...
Made a bunch of yummy treats...
Prepared fairy dust, wings, wands, and crowns
Waiting for her guests
Threw bean bags and caught butterflies
And made fairy gardens
After all the crafting was complete we had some cake and cupcakes!

Sophia excitedly opened all her presents after everyone left and the stuffed cat was her favorite!
Sophia starts Kindergarten on Wednesday and I think this was a good last of summer bash-I can't even believe she is old enough for Kindergarten. We visited her classroom on Friday and she put all her stuff in her cubby and loved seeing her room. I think she's ready!
