Happy First!

Crazy that one year ago this happened 

This year went so fast! It wasn't the easiest year but we survived! 

 I made Penny a little skirt and shirt for some pictures and am so happy with how well they all turned out!  I bought a paper backdrop at Hobby Lobby and Ben and Sophia tried to make her smile-She's a bit hard to get a smile out of!  We're having her actual party next weekend with family and just had a cupcake and photo shoot today!

March

I can't believe it's March and so close to Pennys first bday (the 12th). I can't even believe it's been one year! Time goes way too fast- especially when there's a cute baby involved. 

The weather has been pretty decent this winter. A couple big snows but nothing bad. The girls enjoyed the snow...well, Sophis did. I don't think Penny really knew what was happening. 

The perks to living in a hilly area... Sledding in your own yard 

Penny is very close to walking and cruising anywhere she can! She gets into anything and everything.  The baby gates are up and some cabinet locks are on in an attempt to keep her exploration of off limit things to a minimum!

The girls like to play together... When the mood strikes. Ha 

Nikki came up for a visit a few weeks ago and we went to Brooklyn for the day and had a blast
